Psychometric Assessments

We use up-to-date psychometric and assessment or development centre tools, that help your organisation to make decisions about development, selection, placement and identification of your talent pool.  We do not believe in a one size fits all approach.

We are able to tap into the whole range of tools available in South Africa and are therefore not committed to specific tools.  This gives you the flexibility to use the tools that are appropriate for your needs.  We can also assess at high levels of sophistication but should you need more basic assessments we can offer you these options as well.

Talent Assessment & Development Centres

We understand that some clients are more comfortable utilising psychometric assessments, whilst others may prefer the value provided by simulation  exercises as presented in Talent Assessment and Development Centres.

In this format of assessment we will combine that which is appropriate to your needs:

As an added angle we can also include experiential exercises out in nature.

We are also able to combine these Talent Centres with certain psychometric assessments.
