A former Nursing Administrator and Tutor, she is a seasoned Human Resources Development practitioner and organisational capacity development practitioner, with a strong background in education and development. She has a world of policy development and review experience and has participated actively in the policy reform process in South Africa, including the development of mechanisms for change regarding historically and previously disadvantaged people. She has facilitated leadership development programmes at senior management and executive levels in both the public and private sectors of the economy. As a change agent she has led change on various platforms both nationally and internationally, and is a founding member of the Basadi Pele Foundation. Her passion for organizational development resulted in many awards for excellence. Her passion and drive for talent development has resulted in a number of recurring requests from a variety client base.
