The services include E I assessment for selection and development purposes, Multi-rater (360°) EI Assessment; development programmes (Leadership, Sales, Teamwork, etc.) as well as a 10 module Coaching enhancement kit.
Clients familiar with our work have been using the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) for over 5 years now. In addition to the assessment and group work, our clients are also using the applications of the HBDI in our development programmes.
